The Laredo Immigrant Alliance is dedicated to supporting and advocating for immigrants in the Webb County. Recently, we have been working on a range of projects to provide resources, education, and assistance to those who need it most. Community Education and Outreach
Through a series of free interactive workshops, the organization seeks to equip immigrant and first generation youth, mixed status families and community members with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive while staying safe and informed.
Adovacy and Organizing
Our organization was established to support our immigrant and mixed-status families. We remain dedicated to improving our community through various initiatives and issues alongside our allies and state-wide coalition partners.
Legal Resources and Support
Laredo Immigrant Alliance (LIA) is the perfect resource for immigrants with DACA renewal needs. LIA offers both individualized services and large-scale renewal clinics to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. Additionally, we provide referrals to legal aid and other needs the community encounters.
